Chief Technical Officer
Nev's decades of experience include being a co-founder of Symmetry Solutions in 2010. He built up his expertise in IT, telecoms, data and billing before and after the formation of Symmetry, and the businesses he has worked with include Telefónica, Liberty Global, Ernst & Young and Energis, amongst others.
Nev is responsible for leading the development of Symmetry's suite of analytical products. He has previously played a central role in the creation of several pioneering offerings for VoIP, least cost routing, SIM box detection and MSIDSN audits.
Nev is a keen skier who seeks to recharge his batteries by taking to the slopes whenever he has the opportunity.
Chief Executive Officer
Bill is a seasoned professional with more than thirty years' hands-on experience of billing and revenue assurance projects in the telecommunications sector. Now Bill is responsible for driving Symmetry's business forward whilst overseeing relationships between Symmetry and its customers.
Bill has served a variety of telecoms providers over the years, including British Telecom, NTL, Primus, and the Cauldwell Group. Bill's career also includes spells with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Servista.
When Bill is not visiting a customer he can usually be found relaxing on the golf course or strategising about how to further extend Symmetry's portfolio of products and services.
Head of Fraud Prevention
Few have won as many plaudits for fighting fraud as Colin. He has provided fraud leadership at the GSMA Fraud Forum, the Communications Fraud Control Association, the Forum for International Irregular Network Access and the Pacific Islands Telecoms Association. The Risk & Assurance Group inducted Colin into their Hall of Fame in 2020.
After 19 years in the police, Colin switched to the forefront of the evolution of modern telecoms fraud prevention during 11 years at Telecom New Zealand and 10 years with Vodafone Group. Colin devised the PRISM fraud service now used by telcos worldwide.
Colin spends lots of time assisting law enforcement around the globe, but for leisure he enjoys the natural beauty surrounding his New Zealand home.
Head of Business Assurance
Geoff is one of the telco industry's most knowledgeable practitioners of revenue assurance and business assurance. He also knows about consulting, training and software design from 30 years of working with a wide range of firms including Subex, InfoGov, The Risk Management Group, Viag Interkom and ICL/Fujitsu.
Geoff's dedication to professional collaboration includes curating the crowdsourced Leakage Catalogue of the Risk & Assurance Group, telecom's most comprehensive inventory of the causes of revenue and cost leakages. He is one of the few people to be a two-time winner of the TM Forum's Outstanding Contribution Award.
Geoff is an avid sailor who likes nothing more than navigating the British coastline.
